  The doctor I saw was very nice. However, I ordered new lenses for my frames as they we scratched. They said it would take 10-14 days to come in. It was 17. Then when I tried them on, the lens was still scratched on the left one. They apologized and reordered the lens. It took another week to get them back and when I went to try them on again, the right lens was scratched. So now it is almost a month later and I still don't have my glasses back and the only thing I was told was "sorry". *I received a phone call from the manager after posting this. She was very apologetic and reassured me that they strive to keep their customers satisfied. She also offered to rectify the situation and assured me that she would follow up when I received my glasses. This is great customer service in my opinion, as things can happen, but a sincere apology and rectification can go a long way.

  Dr. Chris Freed is the best eye doctor I've had. Great sense of humor, very sociable and nice which I value a lot for being able to talk comfortably with a doctor. I love my new contact lenses. Also, he was able to work me and my husband into his schedule, though we were late by ten minutes. The front desk staff were very helpful as well.
